Booking & Cancellation Policy:-
Bookings can be done by email. Booking status will be informed immediately by return email. All bookings are confirmed subject to receipt of 100% payment in advance before arrival. On receipt of the payment, a confirmation mail will be sent. Until the payment is received in advance, bookings will be treated as provisional . Payment can be made by way of account transfer to an account held by the company/Personal or Demand Draft favoring ‘Tourism Discovery’ payable at Calicut.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of confirmed bookings will be treated as follows:
Refunds will be after deducting financial charges
14 days before arrival date - full refund
7 days before arrival date - 50% refund
Less than 7 days before arrival - no refunds
No interest will be payable for such amounts refunded
